EFEKTIVITAS BAHAN PELINDUNG Spodoptera litura NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS (SlNPV) UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN Spodoptera litura (F.) PADA TANAMAN KEDELAI

چکیده

Spodoptera litura dapat menyebabkan kehilangan hasil hingga 80% bahkan gagal panen. Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus merupakan agensi hayati dari kelompok patogen serangga famili Baculoviridae yang banyak digunakan sebagai agens dan (SlNPV) salah satu pemanfaatan NPV efektif dalam mengendalikan litura. Kendala penggunaan SlNPV yaitu tidak tahan terhadap sinar matahari sehingga perlu bahan pelindung agar virus mengalami inaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mempertahankan efektivitas paparan matahari. dilakukan di rumah kaca dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial. Perlakuan meliputi 100 ml tanpa pemaparan UV A (a), + (b), Molase 40% (c), Kaolin (d), Tinopal 1% (e), Sunblock SPF 50 5% (f). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali didapatkan 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji skala kaolin mortalitas S. 92,5% diikuti oleh molase sebesar 75% pengamatan 9 hari setelah aplikasi. dibandingkan lainnya karena melindungi Ultra Violet (UV) membentuk lapisan seperti film.
